There is one route in, and it is the RFQ form. It asks for the things an engineer needs to specify a belt, so your first reply is an answer rather than a list of questions.

Quick RFQ
Seven fields. Use this when you know the machine and the material but do not have the old cloth in front of you.
Engineering RFQ
Adds machine brand and model, belt dimensions, slurry, temperature, pH and the failure mode. This is the one that gets a specification back instead of a question.
Measure your old belt
Not sure what to send? Measure the old cloth first — width, developed length, seam type — then send the photos when you reply to our confirmation email.
What makes an enquiry answerable
- Machine brand and model — or a photo of the nameplate if the model has worn off.
- Belt width and developed length, or the plate size for a pressure filter.
- The slurry — name the material and the process stage, not just the industry.
- The old cloth — a photo of the fabric and a close photo of the seam.
- What failed — blinding, tracking, seam separation, tearing, poor cake release.
- Operating conditions — temperature and pH, if you have them.
After you press send
The fields you fill in are sent to the engineering team as an email, and you get a confirmation email back at the address you gave. The form itself does not take file uploads. Reply to that confirmation email with the drawings, nameplate photos and old-cloth photos attached — they stay in the email thread and are never published anywhere on this website.
