Filter Cloth by Machine — OEM Compatibility
We weave replacement filter cloth for two machine families: rubber-belt horizontal vacuum belt filters, and vertical pressure (tower press) filters. Find your family below, then send us the dimensions.
Which machine are you running?
Pick the family, not the model. The model matters at quoting time, not at reading time.
Rubber-belt horizontal vacuum belt filter
The cloth rides on a grooved rubber transporter belt and runs continuously, so it is a consumable. Widths in this family commonly reach 4.5–4.8 m; joints are clipper, PAD or spiral with an edge seal.
Vertical pressure filter / tower press
One endless cloth is threaded through the whole plate stack in a zigzag and indexes forward every cycle. Elongation control matters more here than belt width.

How to read the Fit status column
Four words, in one order, used the same way on every machine page. Today every machine on this site sits at the first one, and we would rather say that than dress it up.
| Stage | What it takes | Every machine today |
|---|---|---|
| Unverified | No fit record exists for this machine on our cloth yet. | Current |
| Dimension Confirmed | Your machine dimensions and seam type are received and checked against a weave plan. | Not reached |
| Trial Validated | One cloth has run on this machine and the result is written down. | Not reached |
| Production Validated | Repeat production orders are recorded for this machine. | Not reached |
Machines we do not supply cloth for
"Belt filter" is not one machine. Getting this wrong costs you a shutdown, so we say it plainly.
Indexing and tray vacuum filters — BHS BF and Metso Larox RT / Pannevis — work on different cloth mechanics. They are not mapped to our belt range and we do not supply cloth for them.
Alumina plants typically run drum, disc, leaf / Kelly and chamber press filters. Horizontal vacuum belt filtration is not the default route on that flowsheet.

Your machine is not listed?
The brand list is what we have verified so far, not a limit on what we weave. A cloth is defined by the dimensions and the duty — the nameplate is only the shortcut to them.
