From loom to container, with the checks written down
Nine steps turn yarn into a belt cut to your machine. This page states what happens at each one, what is controlled, and — just as plainly — what our factory has not yet confirmed in writing.
The nine steps
Each step lists the parameters that are controlled there. Values are set per order and confirmed on the drawing — this page names them, it does not quote them.

Weaving
Yarn is woven into the fabric structure specified for the duty — monofilament, multifilament, or a monofilament/multifilament combination — in the weave pattern chosen for cake release, particle retention and belt life. The weave, not the polymer alone, sets how the cloth behaves on your machine.

Heat Setting
The woven fabric runs through a heat-setting range under controlled tension and temperature so the structure is dimensionally stabilised. Cloth that has not been properly set keeps shrinking and stretching in service, and that shows up on the machine as tracking drift and length change rather than as a fabric complaint.

Calendering
One or both faces are pressed between heated rollers to flatten the yarn crowns. This changes surface smoothness and air permeability together — calendering is always a trade between permeability and cake release, so it is specified per duty, not applied by default.

Cutting
Fabric is cut to the width and developed length taken from your machine data or from your old cloth, with the allowance the chosen seam type needs. Squareness matters here: a belt cut out of square will track off no matter how well it is seamed.

Seaming
The joint is selected with the machine and the duty: clipper (hook) seam, spiral or pin seam, overlapped and sewn, or fused endless. The seam is the most common place a belt fails first, and it is also the part an operator can inspect without stopping the line.

Edge Treatment
Edges are sealed or reinforced so they do not fray where the cloth runs against the vacuum-box seal and the tracking guides. Untreated edges on a vacuum belt fray, then leak, and the vacuum loss is usually blamed on the seal rather than on the edge.

Air Permeability Testing
Air permeability is measured by drawing air through a clamped sample at a set pressure differential. A permeability figure is only usable if the method and the pressure differential are stated with it — the same cloth reads differently on different methods, which is why we will not publish a number before the method behind it is confirmed.

Tensile Testing
Strip tensile strength and elongation are measured in warp and weft on a tensile tester. For a belt, elongation at working load matters as much as breaking strength: a cloth that passes on breaking strength but stretches under tension will run out of take-up travel on the machine.

Packing & Export
The belt is rolled on a core or folded according to its length, wrapped, and labelled with the order reference and the machine it was built for, so the right cloth reaches the right filter on a site that has several. Export documents follow the Incoterms agreed on the order.
The check sheet, before the numbers exist
This is the record we intend to publish per order. Every method and every acceptance limit below is waiting on written confirmation from the factory. We would rather ship this table empty than fill it with figures nobody can trace.

Files, not a logo wall
Certification logos pasted on a website prove nothing: the document behind them is what an auditor and a buyer's QA department actually need. Where a certificate applies to your order, we send the certificate itself, with its number and validity dates, so you can check it at source.
Which certificates are currently held, and their scope and validity: UNKNOWN. They will be published here as downloadable files once the documents are in hand — not as icons.
What you will not find here
- No stock or borrowed factory photography.
- No plant-age, line-count or annual-tonnage claims.
- No performance figures without the test method beside them.
- No customer names or case studies until the customer agrees in writing.
- No compatibility claim stronger than what has actually been measured.
Fit status on every product page defaults to Unverified and only moves up when a dimension check, a trial or a production run says it can.
Send the machine, not just the material
A belt is specified by the filter it runs on. Give us the machine brand and model, the belt width and developed length, the slurry, and what failed last time — that is enough for an engineering review.
