Tender & BOQ Technical Review Tool
Systematic engineering review of procurement tenders, utility specifications, and mineral processing BOQs. We identify conflicting clauses before quoting.
Why Copying Unchecked Tender Clauses Causes Project Disputes
Industrial filtration tenders frequently combine contradictory requirements: for example, specifying an ultra-low air permeability for clear filtrate while simultaneously mandating high volumetric throughput and low cake moisture on an undersized vacuum box.
Furthermore, service-life warranty clauses (such as demanding 7,000 continuous hours in slurry with high fluoride or quartz content) are technically unachievable without specific chemical stabilization and proper wash-box maintenance. Our engineering team reviews each parameter individually before submitting a compliant proposal.
The 17-Parameter Tender Evaluation Framework
| No. | Specification Parameter | Tender / Contract Example |
|---|---|---|
| 01 | Machine Family & Model | e.g. Delkor HBF 3.0x24 or Andritz RT 2.8x18 |
| 02 | Effective Filtration Area (m²) | e.g. 72 m² active suction zone |
| 03 | Finished Dimensions (W × L mm) | e.g. 3,150 mm W × 52,000 mm L developed loop |
| 04 | Specified Polymer Family | e.g. 100% Polypropylene or PET staple/mono |
| 05 | Target Air Permeability | e.g. 80–140 L/dm²·min (26.2–45.9 CFM/ft²) @ 200 Pa |
| 06 | Permeability Test Standard | e.g. ISO 9237 / ASTM D737 @ 200 Pa ΔP |
| 07 | Tender Service-Life Clause | e.g. 7,000 operating hours or 12 calendar months |
| 08 | Performance Warranty Terms | e.g. Residual moisture ≤ 9 wt%, full replacement on defect |
| 09 | Slurry Chloride Content (ppm) | e.g. < 15,000 ppm Cl⁻ (critical for 316L vs Hastelloy seam) |
| 10 | Slurry Operating pH | e.g. pH 4.5–6.5 (FGD) or pH 1.0–2.0 (Phosphoric acid) |
| 11 | Continuous Slurry Temperature | e.g. 55°C–70°C normal, 85°C upset condition |
| 12 | Target Cake Residual Moisture | e.g. ≤ 10.0 wt% moisture at discharge |
| 13 | Seam Joint & Pin Material | e.g. 316L / Hastelloy C-22 clipper with PEEK core |
| 14 | Edge Reinforcement & Tracking | e.g. 50 mm ultrasonic seal with rubber V-guide rope |
| 15 | Inspection Deliverables | e.g. Mill Test Certificate, dimensional report, lab COA |
| 16 | Batch Order Quantity | e.g. 4 operational belts + 2 emergency site spares |
| 17 | Required Delivery Schedule | e.g. 4–6 weeks CIF destination port |
Upload Your Tender or Technical Specification
Have a tender document, contract schedule, or Bill of Quantities (BOQ)? Upload your files for a confidential technical feasibility review. Attach up to 8 files (each up to 3.5 MB; keep the combined total under about 3 MB). For larger files, reply to the confirmation email and attach them there.
- Detailed clause-by-clause feasibility assessment
- Identification of conflicting permeability / moisture requirements
- Verification of seam metallurgy against slurry chloride levels
- Itemized deviation sheet for formal procurement submissions
Our Contract Integrity Commitment
If a tender specification mandates a physical property or run-life that standard technical calculation indicates is unsustainable under your plant's operating conditions, we will explicitly state the technical boundary and provide an engineering deviation rather than making empty commercial commitments.
