Engineering RFQ

Start with the machine details, slurry, dimensions and main problem. If the nameplate or old cloth is unavailable, use the “Unknown” or “New project” route. Add photos and operating details only when you have them.

Pre-Screening Assistant

Filtration Duty Pre-Screening & Risk Assistant

Pre-screen slurry operating conditions, identify process risk flags, and calculate preliminary Darcy throughput before submitting an engineering RFQ.

2. Machine Kinetics & Current Issue

3. Process Risk Flags
4. Possible Technical Direction
Filtration Kinetics & Darcy Flux Assessment
q = ΔP / [μ · (r0 · w + Rm)]
Theoretical Cake Throughput Not calculated Requires measured cake resistance (α) and medium resistance (Rm)
Calculation Confidence Insufficient process data Specific cake resistance and filtrate viscosity unmeasured
Engineering Review Boundary Test Data Required Throughput depends on slurry compressibility and particle distribution

*Pre-screening evaluates chemistry, temperature limits, and observed failure modes. Throughput cannot be simulated reliably without bench-scale Buchner funnel or pilot plant filtration test data.

What you need to send

Required to submit

Your name, work email, company, country, application or product family, a short message, machine brand and model, slurry or material, the main problem, the dimensions requested for the selected machine family, and privacy consent. If the nameplate is missing, select “Unknown” for the brand and type “unknown” for the model.

For a new project with no old cloth, select that option and add at least one sentence describing what the machine will run.

Helpful when available

Add only what you already have: nameplate, old-cloth, seam or edge photos; temperature, pH and particle size; process stage; caustic or free-soda concentration with its unit; filter aid or precoat; current-cloth specifications; and annual usage. WhatsApp and role are optional.

For a belt machine, measured width and developed length help. For a tower or plate machine, give filtration area or plate dimensions. The form’s existing file limits remain unchanged.

1 · Contact and identity
Optional. Email stays the main channel.
Optional.
Up to 3000 characters.
2 · Equipment
Independent replacement cloth — not an OEM spare part. Dimensions and construction are confirmed per enquiry.
Pick “Unknown” if the nameplate is gone. We will work from the old cloth instead.
Type “unknown” if you cannot find it.
3 · Slurry and operating conditions
Gypsum and lithium are listed by process route, because the cloth duty is not the same.
Add operating conditions (optional)
4 · Current cloth
Direct Technical File & Photo Upload Optional. Attach up to 8 files (each up to 3.5 MB; keep the combined total under about 3 MB). For larger files, reply to the confirmation email and attach them there.

Need technical specifications or a blank measurement sheet?
Add cloth specifications (optional)
A value without its unit cannot be read — pick the unit your report uses.
5 · Dimensions

Give belt width × length, or filtration area.

What to measure and where it goes on this form
What you measureWhere it goes
Belt width, mm Cloth width
Belt length / circumference, mm Cloth length
Filtration area, m² (tower press) Filtration area
Machine nameplate Machine brand / Model
Seam and edge photos Upload above. For larger files, reply to the confirmation email and attach them there.
6 · Problem and volume
Optional. Pieces or m² per year, and how many machines.

No online checkout — every belt is quoted per RFQ.
