Datasheets and Technical Documents
Two documents are being prepared. Their landing pages already state what will be in them, so you can judge whether a document is worth your time before you ask for it.
HVBF Cloth Spec Sheet
The parameter sheet for horizontal vacuum belt filter cloth: pore rating, air permeability and its test method, seam options, width range, chemical and temperature limits.
Written for: Engineers specifying or re-specifying a belt
FGD Gypsum vs Phosphogypsum Guide
The difference between the two gypsum by-products and what it changes about cloth selection. The full argument is already published as a web page while the document is being finished.
Written for: Anyone quoting or buying a gypsum dewatering belt
Four rules we hold ourselves to
No email wall
Documents are not gated behind a form to harvest an address. If you want one, ask and we send it.
No placeholder values
A parameter that has not been confirmed by the mill is printed as unconfirmed in the document, not filled with an industry average.
Stable file addresses
Each document keeps one permanent address. Revisions replace the file at that address; the version and date are printed inside it.
Test methods named
Where a document states a measured property, it states which category of test produced it. We do not invent standard numbers.
