Replacement Filter Cloth for ANDRITZ / DELKOR / FLSmidth Horizontal Vacuum Belt Filters

We fabricate replacement filter cloth — endless belts with clipper or PAD seams — for ANDRITZ, DELKOR (TAKRAF) and FLSmidth (EIMCO) horizontal vacuum belt filters.

Replacement cloth fabricated to your machine dimensions. Not an OEM spare part.
How these machines work

Same family, three badges

All three are rubber-belt horizontal vacuum belt filters. The cloth rides on a grooved rubber transporter belt that carries the vacuum through its drainage grooves; the cloth holds the cake and passes filtrate. It runs continuously, so the loads that matter to the cloth are at the joint and along the edges — the joint is pulled every pass, and the edges work against the vacuum seal. The FLSmidth side of the family carries the EIMCO Extractor heritage, which is why older plants still refer to the machine by that name. Machine selection parameters are the OEM's ground, not ours.

Role of the cloth

Why belts come off

  1. Wear, blinding and joint failure are the three reasons for a change-out. Start from the symptom: seam / joint failure or belt tracking.
  2. Cloth form on these machines — Endless belt, clipper / PAD, edge seal. The joint type is dictated by the machine, not by preference.
  3. The weave, polymer and finish language lives on the product page. This page is about fitting your machine.

Published figures, per machine

These are the machine makers' own published figures, with the nature of each claim stated. Company-stated numbers are not independent surveys and we do not present them as ours.

Replacement route

Third-party replacement is the normal state of this market

On these machines the cloth already comes from more than one source. ANDRITZ machines are listed by independent cloth suppliers; on the FLSmidth side, third-party belt cloth is documented in the trade press at plant scale. That is the market this page sits in — we are one of the weavers in it, and we do not dress that up as an official channel.

  1. 1

    Send dimensions and photos

Belt width and length, the seam type your machine runs, and a photo of the old cloth and its joint. A nameplate photo covers the brand and model.

How to measure your old belt →
  2. 2

We weave to the old belt

The cloth is built to your measured size and finished with the joint the machine already uses — clipper or PAD as fitted — with the edge treatment your seal needs.

  3. 3

    Check, pack, ship

Air permeability and tensile checks before packing, then export crating labelled with your machine reference.

What we will and will not say. We say: replacement belt made to your machine model and old-belt size. We do not claim blanket interchangeability, OEM spare-part status, or a cloth life in months — belt life depends on your slurry, your vacuum and your washing, and none of that is ours to promise.
Fit status

Unverified — and that is the honest answer today

Straight answers

Two questions buyers ask first

Are you an OEM supplier for ANDRITZ, DELKOR or FLSmidth?

No, and we will not imply otherwise. We weave replacement cloth to the dimensions of the machine you run. The OEM names on this page identify the machine — nothing more.

What if I do not know the model?

Send it as unknown. A nameplate photo, the belt width, and a photo of the old cloth and its seam are enough to start. The model number is a shortcut to those dimensions, not a replacement for them.

What we need from you

Brand + model + width + seam photo

  • Machine brand — ANDRITZ, DELKOR (TAKRAF) or FLSmidth (EIMCO)
  • Machine model, or the nameplate photo if the model is unclear
  • Belt width
  • Belt length
  • A photo of the old cloth and its seam
